I started going here after Dr. Vienne did my DNC. I really liked him and the office at my routine check up: friendly, Christian-oriented, answered all of my questions. Then I got pregnant and tried to make an appointment-the appointment lady couldn’t make my initial pregnancy appointment-a nurse had to call me back so she could ask me questions. I waited 2 days before calling and asking is anyone was going to call me back. The lady said it could take 3 days to call me back. Whatever. Waited another day (3rd day was Friday) and no call which meant that I wasn’t getting a call for at least 5 days b/c of the weekend. I eventually ended up making an appointment somewhere else b/c I NEEDED to confirm I was pregnant-kind of a big deal. Never received a call back from the nurse. Then I wasn’t happy with the new office I chose (nice Docs, just thought the office was a little dirty). My annoyance has waned so I tried to make another appointment with Dr. Vienne. I called and the woman said she would have to ask Dr. Vienne and call me back b/c they Donny normally take new patients after 1st trimester. Whatever. Waited another 2 days to get a call back to say that he would let me make an appointment. I was driving so I would have to call back to make the appointment. I was told to call the number and press opt 2 b/c I would need to talk to a nurse. I did so the next week (the day they called me back was a Friday so the 1st opportunity I had to cal back was he next week) and the nurse I got told me I needed to talk to appointments lady to make an appointment. She transferred me to her where this lady told me I needed to talk to a nurse and that they would call me back! Round and round we go. Needless to say, I was done at this point anyway, but just to complete the review, it took nearly a week for them to call me back again. I was at work so could not answer this time even though I wanted to to tell them how awe full something in there process is working. Don’t know whose fault or if this is just how they operate, but don’t care anymore. Really upset b/c I really like Dr. Vienne and the environment in the office; however, I value my time more than that and obviously more than they do.
