Dr Kim spent two minutes with me for an exam for 3 extractions, 3 bone replacements and grafts and his recommendation for sinus lift. What he told me he was going to do
was not what was on the estimated expense sheet. I went back a few days later to get
clarification and he said things to me and my husband that were NOT stated in my first visit. One staff member told me what she thought one procedure was and it was not
the true information. Those questions should go directly to the nurse or doctor not an office worker. The office staff was wonderful to me. They got me in for an emergency exam within 24 hours. I will cancel this surgery tomorrow and go for another oral surgeon.
