I set up an appt with this office thinking I would see Dr Winkelman, but I was seen by a Dr King in an office called the Sterling Dental Center. The facility looked like it was straight out of 1978 and nothing was changed--old dingy floors, cracked vinyl chairs, old equipment from the 70s, chipping paint on xray machines, etc. Half the office was lit up and half was dark--odd! The technician, Rachel,  was pleasant and thorough though and Dr King was ok, although I had overspray on my face from the cleaning and dripping water on my cheeks consistently, not the best cleaning or even above average. My gums bled a little since he constantly hit it with the scraper. Look at other online sites for reviews of Sterling Dental Center and not just here. Most of the reviews here are old and not current. Also receptionist was not very personable. This place looks tired and they stopped caring for their environment and providing a pleasant office experience. Stay away and look for other doctors and look at Zocdoc or Yelp for other reviews that are current.
