I cannot express enough how fortunate I am to have Dr. Mitaru as my primary care provider. From the first appointment, I was met with a level of care and expertise that exceeded my expectations.Dr. Mitaru is a caring and attentive healthcare professional who listens to the patient. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and he always takes the time to address all my concerns and questions, ensuring I leave with a clear understanding of my health.The office staff is also wonderful - courteous and efficient. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, and they go out of their way to accommodate my needs.Overall, I couldn't be happier with the care I receive from Dr. Mitaru. I was scheduled for a 20-minute video visit, the office contacted me about 30 minutes before the call and asked if I could get on early, which I could. I hooked up with Dr. Mitaru about 15 minutes later and we finished the appointment in 12 minutes. We had a very good, focused meeting, we discussed 3 topics and at the end, he referred me to PT, which I started on Monday, this week. I would have to say, my experience is probably not normal for any provider's patient census because my wife is a Providence PCP so I kind if know, better than most, how to get to the point and move on.

Dr. Mitaru is the best of the best. He is my first and only primary care doctor and time after time he has always been so understanding. He listens to what you have to say and always gives good feedback. He is respectful. Always on time when it comes to video visits. I would 110% recommend him to anyone who is in need of a primary care doctor. Providence overall has been amazing. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you so much Dr. Mitaru and Providence for helping me change my life!

This was my first visit with Dr. Mitaru and within the first 5 minutes I knew I had found the Dr. That I had wanted.Someone who had a sense of humor, was warm and friendly, and it felt as though I had known him for a long time.He also seems sincere which is not what I can say about the other people I had been seeing over the years at the PACE Clinic.I like DrMitaru, as well as his staff.From the he receptionist to his aide that assisted him.His office is great...

Dr. Mitaru has an excellent bedside manner. He took time to listen to my concerns, clearly explain the treatment plan, and asked if I had any other concerns before the end of our appointment. He also explained how my prescribed medication worked, in laymen's terms. If someone had no medical background and less health literacy, they could easily understand his explanation and be empowered to understand how to advance their health. Thank you.

I have seen Dr. Mitaru for several years now and I like him very much. He is always pleasant and answers my questions and I'm very comfortable with him. The techs and the office staff are always helpful and pleasant as well. I was so please this visit when I needed to have blood drawn, I was able to have it done in the clinic and didn't have to go to the downstairs lab and stand in line and wait forever.

My past primary care physician retired this past December. Dr. Mitaru was recommended to me by a friend. The appointment you are referring to in this survey was actually a "get acquainted" appointment. I am extremely grateful to have Dr. Mitaru as my new doctor. He's great and I felt totally comfortable and thankful for the recommendation. I look forward to a long healthy relationship with him.

I LOOOOVE Dr. Mitaru! He's always responsive, personable and knowledgeable. This time, I had a meltdown in front of him (bipolar) and he took as much time as I needed to let me feel "heard", and he also set me up with a staff psychologist and kind of just talked me off the ledge. He's *very* skilled and empathetic. Can't say enough for him. Please show him this, so he knows the impact he has.

Dr. Mitaru took the time to really listen to my issues which were mental health related. He was very compassionate and gave me hope.He made a referral to a psychiatry clinic, and I was seen by a psychiatric practitioner, approximately 48 hours later! Dr. Mitaru made this connection happen so quickly. I am very grateful to him, as well as the rest of his care team.

I felt cared for, listened to, and petty comfortable talking about such personal things. Dr. Pavel is a great listener. He addressed all issues and made attempts to drill in to determine causes of my discomfort or concerns. Aging can be complicated and I feel he is someone who will guide me and help me. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
