Dr. Paul Zachary Quesada, MD

The facility is clean and parking lot is minimal, but easy access to the front door.  The policy is a 15 min window past appointment time or call to reschedule.  It is hard to get ahold of the specific location with the answering system similar to calling pizza hut's main number instead of the specific store.  Dr. Quesada is respectful, concise, and efficient during the time in the room with you.  He communicates what information he needs from you clearly and is willing to prescribe medicine, if necessary.  He is not dismissive and will reiterate if you are still uneasy.  When you have a newborn, at first, there is not much that can be prescribed, however, over the counter meds can be prescribed from your doctor with appropriate dosage instructions, which he is willing to do.  If he deems it warranted, he will ask for a follow up appointment.  He does not go much later than 3:50pm on scheduled appointments, however, sometimes there is later time avaliable for afternoon walk-ins.  Overall, I have never had a genuine problem with the staff or front desk.  A few individuals seem focused and short tempered, for instance the check out clerk, but are just working to process efficiently and not chatty.  There is also a set up changing area in the restroom located in the back.  The waiting room restroom does not have a changing table, but you may use the other upon request.  Similar to every doctor's office sometimes things are running late, but you and your child are seen, and it has never been anything drastic like 1hr or more later for being seen.  My child is now just past 1 yr and is healthy and growing like a weed.  They also send home on each shot visit information printed on care and changes at your babies current stage in development.  Dr. Quesada is gentle spoken and has a kind, professional, and reserved disposition.  I was pleased with my experience and selected my PCP from this location after moving here and having my first child.
