The office was private and clean, but I kept feeling dumb. Paul Croft really believes in the Gottman marriage studies, and will repeat the concepts over and over, without much thought as to how the content applies to you. It kinda felt like a college level course, where I had to figure it out, and less of a collaborative journey where the counselor wants to get me to a better place. I ended up going three times and afterwards never felt satisfied so I went elsewhere. Hopefully writing this review can lead to change. Specifically I really wanted to leave the session with a plan to get better and track progress, not just a diagnosis of how I got to where I am...
