I'M SO MAD AT THIS PEOPLE! They set up an appoinment for me on MAY 16, I was supposed to be the first appt at 8am, I had to ask for permission at my job (not an easy thing to do), when I got to the freaking place at SW 96TH st, I had to wait OUTSIDE of the office until 8:45AM when the nurses or wharever those ladies are arrived. When they finally arrived they told me I HAD NO APPOINMENT, and Patricia Perfetto wasn't going to the Kendall Medical Center that day, the basically made me lose MY TIME, GAS AND PERMISSION DAY. Ok, so I said lets give it another try, I reschedule that appt for TODAY JUNE 27TH AT 9:00AM. When I go to any doctor's app they USUALLY call or text the day before to confirm your appt. This people didnt call so I HAD TO GIVE THEM A CALL a verify it by myself. The DUMB ladie told me AGAIN: YES MA'AM YOU HAVE AN APPT FOR TOMORROW AT 9:00 W PATRICIA PERFETTO. TODAY WHEN I GOT TO THE PLACE, GUESS WHAT???? THERE WAS NO APPOINMENT FOR ME! Another freaking day lost, DON'T LOSE YOUR VALUABLE TIME WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, PEOPLE! THEY DONT EVEN CARE A THING. YOU GUYS ARE DISGUSTING.
