Office staff is great, but unfortunately it does not make up for the doctor.  She refuses to deal with more than 2 problems at a time and if you need refills then you only get 1 problem as the refills count as 1, on refills they constantly "forget" to call in all or some of them or send them to wrong pharmacy, she says that she is going to make referrals for problems and never does, and if you have a problem for which you need something done immediately, good luck as she's either "not in office this week" or "booked up" yet office is always empty.  She will also not listen to you (only hears what she wants too) and will argue with anything you say if she doesn't like it...doesn't matter that you may be right!
