Doctor Roos is very polite and during or after three sessions she pointed out the obvious behavioral issues we were dealing with, which was not encouraging for us parents. Paying therefore seemed like a waste of money. She did provide some good peaceful advice but not a deep solution. Most Counselors do not have secretaries to take the calls but Mrs. Roos should implement some type of appointment reminders.
