Scheduled and confirmed an appointment on May 8th. When I arrived with new client paper work in hand and completed, I was informed she had double booked herself. I traveled a distance approximately 30 minutes and cost my wife a day off at her work to accompany me. Since the other person was in the office ahead of me still working on his paperwork packet I was sent packing. Final words from this unprofessional councilor were I wish you the best. REALLY! How unprofessional could you possibly be? If I were in crisis mode and you did that and caused harm from that point would you be accountable? Or simply wish my family the best also!!! Perhaps you should hire a receptionist that could keep you scheduled more effectively. How about next time you double book you check to see who had the appointment scheduled first!
