I’m no longer going to schedule an appointment with this facility due to the blatant rudeness and unprofessionalism showcased by the receptionist. As a fellow African American, there’s no doubt in my mind that the lady who hung up on me was African American as well, due to her use of slang as opposed to proper grammar and verbiage. I asked for her name, but of course she refused as she was disrespectful and rude the entire 2 minute conversation. People like her make scheduling necessary health appointments unnecessarily difficult.
