I received no paperwork to fill out ahead of time and she did not reference what I completed in the office at all. Not having known me, she jumped to medication when looking at my cholesterol numbers despite high numbers in the past. She did allow me to say no and offered an alternate option. She could not have a conversation about her recommendation that engendered any kind of confidence in me or helped me figure out why my numbers might be fluctuating. I made an appointment with another provider for my next physical.

Came for a physical and commented on a few injuries. It went unaddressed. was given a referral for a gastro doctor which I said I didn't need. Doctor asked screeners on anxiety, and I mentioned I'm having a little bit of that and depression. The doctor went on asking and providing feedback which was unsolicited and slightly frustrating as I was sharing the Info out of concern for health for potential elevation like cortisol. I didn't need to be subject to a series of questions and solutions

Just asked me a few questions, didn't go in depth about my concerns or seem to address them at all or her thought process. Did the bare minimum for the appointment, didn't feel I was heard. Also asked for a HEP form to be filled out about 5 times and still left with it filled out incorrectly missing a signature.
