Actually had an appointment that was made a week prior, only to find that the dentist had left for the day. Receptionist was rude and condescending about explanation, and this is not the first instance with her. She's notoriously rude and treats patients like they're there to serve her. As the first and last face you see, she sets the tone of the entire practice (of which the staff is no improvement). In my opinion, she's a liability and should be fired. We will not be going back there.
