Front desk staff was openly bad-mouthing managment in front of patients sitting in the lobby. I paid over $200 for uncovered services even though my dental insurance said they are in-network. Then I got a bill stating I owed an additional $124 on top of the $200 I already paid. The building is older, dated. No digital paperwork option. Dentist was kind. I was super disappointed in the front desk staff and billing issues. I've been calling them for days, no one ever answers the phone. I couldn't get a cleaning on the day I was there, which I still don't understand. They scheduled me to go back another day for just the cleaning. Now I'm worried I'll be paying out of pocket for that too.
