At my appt, receptionist asked for my driver's license & insurance card, which I provided. Later, when I saw the orders for blood work, they had the wrong insurance listed. Dr. Choi was dismissive and condescending. He seemed to take lightly the symptoms I described to him. On my patient summary, it listed that we discussed weight loss. I discussed it, that I was having difficulty since entering menopause 4.5 years ago. He didn't offer any solutions, just for me to have more blood work done, even though I showed him results from blood work done twice, this year and last year. I don't even know if he filled my prescriptions.
