He burst into the room like he was in a hurry and never even made eye contact with my husband or myself. He recommended I perform such generic issues that did not pertain to me. He said I should hydrate, start exercising daily, eat a healthy diet. Which if he looked at my chart I do all of these things already and have been documenting my health habits in a daily journal to help find a pattern to some of my health issues. Put me on a medication for pain which I was not experiencing any, and out the door he went! The P.A that I saw listened to me and was wonderful, she was the only reason I agreed to go on the medication. I don't know that he could have told me my name.

I was told that another patient had shown up early, so there would be a delay in my appointment. I thought that it would be maybe 15 minutes, but I was in the exam room for over an hour before the doctor arrived. I do understand that doctors are busy, but I was a little surprised that Dr. Lannen didn't even apologize for such a lengthy wait time. I almost left because I had other commitments to make but I was afraid that I'd get charged for the visit!

I felt Dr. Lannen went out of his way, above and beyond what I'd expected, to make sure that he covered every possible aspect of the situation. He tried explaining things to me in a way that I'd be able to understand, since a lot of what was being said I wasn't familiar with. He showed respect and concern for my time and making sure I was comfortable with the plans for following up.

Dr Lannon is by far the Best Dr that I have seen in dealing with a long term illness the last 5 years! He did research on it before I came, gave me information he found, went through my past medical history, listened, was caring and explained each thing to me. He is by far, better than all the other Drs I have seen to assist me with my illness.

It was horrible. He came in completely unprepared. Didn't know why I was there. Was very rude and unprofessional. Refused to explain what he was talking about. Left there with no idea what my next step was. Waste of time.

An arrogant doctor who would not listen to me as a patient, instead he berated and degraded me and when I asked for a new doctor he threatened me that I would not receive any care at all
