Haven't had too many visits as of yet! This visit was great. Dr went over all my blood work. And set up another blood draw appt in 3 months he explain it all very well. One thing I will complain a bit is he talked a little to fast for me, as I'm hard of hearing and need an hearing aid. So I missed some words. I was satisfied with his time he spent with me. If he would have spent less time I probably wouldn't go back. I respected him for that and other things we discussed.

The front office is getting better. Last year, the waiting time holding was about 15-20 min. Now it is within 5. The front office used to make me not want to come in to have to deal with the remarks and poor reception. The last visit was good. I always request Dr. Pham only, for I do not wish to be seen by a PA or NP. Dr. Pham is caring, interested, understands, and allows me to be part of my healthcare plans. He see's me on time and answers all my questions.

This was my first visit to the office. I was a little concerned when I first arrived. The front desk person was not very friendly. I was concerned I would not be comfortable with the new office. Then I met the provider and the MA they were wonderful. As a new patient they took time to explain things and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely a very good experience as changing providers is a hard thing to do.

This was my first visit with my new primary care provider. He spent a lot of time talking to me and explaining my lab results. He did not make me feel judged. He gave me great advice on how to work on my diet and exercise and losing weight without again, making me feel ashamed. This is probably my most favorite doctor I have ever had. I am definitely going to keep him as my new doctor.

Dr. Pham is very caring and explains everything in detail. Takes the time to listen and makes you feel like your concerns are important. I am 71 years old and appreciate the extra time he took with me. He is very helpful and caring. I Have shared my experience with my family and friends. All so the new MA he had that day was very thorough and kind. Overall, a great experience.

Love dr Pham . Never gives me the impression that Dr is hurried. Listens and takes all the time needed to discuss my questions. I'm very happy with Dr Pham, the service I've received, from Dr and the receptionists. I can't think of anything to complain about.Thanks for being there to care for my medical needs.

Dr Pham is amazing. He understands my problems and as most are self inflicted he does not put me down. I trust him and the staff. I got in to an appointment that I did not have and only had so much time for my paperwork and they made it happen. Great service, knowledge, and support.

Dr Pham and his assistant were friendly and very helpful. This was my first time seeing him although he is actually the one who approves my prescriptions. He exceeded my expectations in every way and offered helpful advice and care.

I chose Providence because I have had awful experiences with WWMG & Everett Clinic. I am more than pleased with the care I have received by Dr. Pham and recommend him and the clinic to anyone seeking a new provider.
