To say Tao is amazing is an understatenent. She remembers me as a person not just a prescription. She remembers details (adverse reaction to a manufaturer change in meds), a small detail I shared about my stress level and asked me about it and then went the extra step to simplify my experience (auto refill). She is a pharmacist I actually trust as much as my doctor. I would never expect to change my pharmacy, but i will go wherever she goes. She's simply that good.

She is the best Pharmacist I have ever met. She made professional but personal connections with her clients.  Sje always knew who I was and what medications were ready. She is a hard worker who seemed to never stop.   She is dearly missed at the Canby Rite Aid. 

Can't thank her enough for her professionalism, respect and kindness. Always took time to explain in detail any questions I have for medication's. Her welcoming smile will be dearly missed. Anyone is lucky to have her in their pharmacy. 

For the last 8 years she has been my pharmacist. She is always happy, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure my family and i had the correct medicine, on time, and that we understood the medicine.  She always remembers my name, my husband, AND my grandchildren.  I am sorry she left Canby Rite Aid, imay have to follow her to Wilsonville.
