I am a fairly new patient for Dr Mortensen. The times I have seen her, she has offered excellent care and concern. She went way out of her way to obtain a referral for a specialist that two other doctors had either not been able to do or did not care to do. And believe me, it was Dr Mortensen that personally worked on this, not her staff. I am not complaining about her staff, just saying that Dr Mortensen took a personal interest in this. How refreshing.

Dr Mortenson is the best PCP I have had in a very long time. She is attentive, caring and knowledgeable. The nursing staff and receptionists are top notch as well. Compared to the last two PCP offices I have gone to they are 100% better. I don't say this lightly. I have had bad experiences with the last two PCPS. I will definitely be keeping this care team!

From the Front Desk employees, to the nurses and our Dr. Mortensen we feel blessed to have such pleasant, caring staff taking the time to be pleasant and helpful. We know it is not always easy dealing with old, cranky patients, but they all do it with a smile. We prefer the down home old school doctor and Dr. Mortensen gives us that.

Dr. Mortenson has consistently provided exceptional care and has always shown concern and compassion regarding my health issues. She is knowledgeable not only of all my health issues and medications but also how to address them. She has done more for me than the last two pcp's I've gone to. She is a God send!

Dr Mortensen always acts very professional and shows that she is truly concerned for why I came to see her. She listens to your concerns and never makes you feel rushed or uncomfortable. She explains new medications and if I need any procedures or labs. I'm very blessed to have her as my PCP.

Physician and staff are so helpful and are great to work with. We recommend this group to our friends. In fact. My daughter had to go to a doctor and she was able to be seen at our clinic. She lives out of state. Continue with the care and friendliness of the staff. Have a great day.

This was an appointment to establish a primary care physician. She did a fantastic job of asking me any questions I had, what other providers I see and medications I was taking and why. She answered all of my questions and frequently made sure I understood or if I had any questions!

I started seeing Dr. Mortensen at the Family First clinic a few years ago. I have always been able to get in for yearly and sick appointments with needed. Dr. Mortensen has also referred me to specialist when needed and helped set up those appointments Which is greatly appreciated.

Dr. Mortensen made me feel listened to and not rushed. My only concern is that she said she is referring me to an orthopedic dr and that they would call to schedule my appointment and it's been a week and I haven't heard from that office yet.

My provider is always prompt and listens to my health concerns, She answers my questions in a way that I can understand what is happening. She stakes her time and listens carefully to what I am saying. We discuss it and end of appointment.
