Dr. Nancy J. Magone, D.M.D.

Dr. Magone is a compassionate dental care partner. She listens to her patients, is exceptionally patient, and works within the needs of the individual and not for the bottom line. My elderly in-laws are respected, and cared for in a way that no other dentist has shown interest. Dr. Magone is helpful and mindful of their specific needs, and helps them and us to make wise decisions. Her billing department is helpful as well, and the staff always polite and friendly. We cannot speak highly enough about this whole practice, and highly recommend her to those who need extra attention, care, and the elderly as well. FIVE star!

My husband went to see Dr. Nancy because he had a tooth ache. He talk to the Dr. and made plans for a second visit to have his teeth clean two weeks after. Dr. Magone decided to do some x-rays on that day and other ones on the cleaning day. Maybe her schedule was tight and didn't do all x-rays at the same time, I don't know. I just know I got a bill because of course the insurance only pays once a year for x-ray. Everybody knows that insurance pays once a year for x-rays. Her office made the mistake to bill the insurance separately  so the insurance only paid one bill and I got a bill for the rest. I call and went to the office several times to dispute the charge and Dr. Magone NEVER gave me the time. It was only $40 can you imagine if the bill would have been bigger. Who needs doctors like that. They are there to collect the money from your insurance and brush you away. DO NOT GO TO HER. There are so many doctors around the area that are good that is not worth your time or your pocket to go to her.
I can only rate her a 5 star in punctuality because there wasn't anybody else waiting to see her. Now I know why.
