Dr. Nahed A. Zakaria, MD

This bad review is all about Dr. Shaheen Zakaria. She is disgustingly rude to her patients. On my first visit with her she asked a question and then would not let me speak to answer. She yelled at me and was very hostile. She is disrespectful and I feel she hates her job and deplores all of the Worker’s Compensation patients she has to deal with at Concentra. Do whatever you can to steer clear of her. Remember that you’re the customer and she only has power over you if you let her. All the other staff and other doctors at that clinic that I’ve had to deal with are exceptional. She will bring Concentra down all by herself. I wish I could give less than one star and I will not be returning to this clinic.
