I called on October 31, 2024, to schedule an appointment and provided all the required information, including my insurance details. They confirmed my appointment for November 7, 2024. However, the day before the appointment, they suddenly changed the date without any prior notice or discussion. When I called to resolve the issue, their response was vague and unhelpful. They simply told me I wasn’t scheduled for that day and advised me to "do whatever I could." Their lack of care and negligence toward the customer is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. I also urge Aetna to consider removing this hospital from their network.
