Agree with other reviews. Very shabby facilities and unprofessional staff. They refused to release my medical records to me (which is a HIPAA violation), and after several phone calls, when they finally agreed to make photocopies of my lab results, they provided me with photocopies of the wrong results. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Outwardly the office is outdated, all posters and furnishings from the 1930's.  Husband is business manager and falls short of his duties.  New patient paperwork did not include form for medical release of health information although they refused my paperwork from my prior doctor's office to provide this info.  They do not have a fax to receive secure information nor to send same.  When you talk with them by phone they talk over you then hang up on you.  Refused to request my medical records, insisted I go get them and bring them to their office only after I requested a refill for my prescription. I would definitely not refer them.

Went in for an annual physical and the visit wasn't billed as such. The office manager refused to fix the billing and so I had to pay for the visit and also didn't get the health fund contribution for an annual exam. In general the office and staff were, in my opinion, very unprofessional. I certainly would not recommend this practice and I intend to find a new PCP.
