Non-communicative, rushed, still in discomfort.  I saw this doctor on 1/19/17  for a routine cleaning and a facial filling, and again on 1/25/17 for persistent pain around the filling. When I received the filling, the doctor didn't explain the process or what he was going to do. He simply sat down and started working. Next thing I know, there's a needle being stuck in my gums.  A little heads up would have been nice to prep for the pain. After the filling was complete, all I got was "any questions?"  Caught off guard by the entire experience, lack of communication and empathy, I say no. Two days later, I make another appointment because I am still experiencing pain near the filling. I return on 1/25/17 to see the same doctor to reevaluate the situation. He says, "Everything looks good. Make another appointment if you're still in pain." I ask if there is anything else I can do for the temperature sensitivity other than using sensodyne toothpaste. He says "No, not really" and that was that. A month and a half later,  I cannot chew food on that side of my mouth I had the filling done because of the sensitivity and shooting pain when biting down/chewing. If you're looking for quality care and compassion, see a different MD. The staff, however, was wonderful!  Very friendly, conscientious and professional.
