Dr. Diaz has always been amazing with her care, she is amazing and very caring! She gives her best to all of her patients, she is wonderful at listening and understanding you wants/needs. She gives amazing medical advice! I personally have been with her since late 2012/early 2013, she has birth 2 children of mine and done all my routine OB care. She is quick to respond to me via patient portal with any concerns, I reach out to her on. Hands down my best OB in younger years and adult! The wait time can be a little long but I do not mind because I love her care for me, and its a doctor office things up come.
Overall experience was horrific. Staff was overall rude minus one nurse. Doctor was rude, abrasive, brash and not informative at all. I had explained I was new to birth control, she really didn’t explain much. When I would ask her to repeat herself she looked annoyed and bothered. I left more confused then anything about my situation. Also, when being checked, no caution or heads up was given. She just stuck her hand in and then apologized for being so aggressive. I would not recommend this doctor or facility to anyone. Especially if you are new to going to doctors and obgyn. In now way again was any of this welcoming or informative. I had I high hopes for this doctor but never again will I be returning.
