My father had an initial appointment scheduled with Dr Capovani today. I had called earlier to cancel. She took the time to call me as I am acting as caregiver. She was very understanding of our issues and reason for needing to reschedule the appointment. She afforded me the time to voice my concerns and frustrations regarding current events. She was helpful,encouraging, pleasant, a calming presence while I apologized for rambling and thanked her for letting me vent about my worries regarding my father ( and mother for that matter, who is not expected to be her patient). I am looking forward to our actual appointment so I can thank her in person.
