Inconsistent and Unorganized Stay as far away from this guy as possible. He gave me results and suggestions on the same bloodwork 2 times. Once by ourselves, where he said everything was fine, but borderline and to watch my weight. I went back the next time and he apparently forgot he had already went over my bloodwork results so he did it again, except this time he had an intern with him. He then gave me completely different answers to the exact same bloodwork results. He said that I needed to be on several medications and needed to get bloodwork again ASAP. RIDICULOUS! Then there is his staff. He has 2 staff members, one that tries to do everything, but obviously overwhelmed and the other one has an attitude like you should just be happy she is there and is rude and ignorant like she doesn't want you there. The staff members were supposed to get my records from a former doctor that no longer accepted my insurance, but after a year, still never did, so I got prescribed meds I am allergic to. Nice hey?
Dr. Mock has a terrific way of communicating and listens to your concerns. You can tell when someone cares about you as a person and offers his opinion with alternatives. I’m incredibly happy with his staff as well.
