It was fine. She listened to my concerns and ordered another test for me and while I was in the office she had it scheduled. That was super important because sometimes when your refured to another Dr. you call or you wait for them to call and that can take awhile. It also seemed to me that since her office called I got in sooner than I would have if I had just made the appointment. Overall she's a fine Dr., I had no problem with her. I would recommend her for urinary problems.

I looked forward to going to my appt. Due to the friendliness of the staff and the doc. They all really care and it makes me feel loved. They listen attentively and hear how I am feeling. I did not feel I only had a set amount of time to be there. This office is exactly what I need and want for my health care. I received help, love, acceptance and encouragement. I left feeling uplifted within.

Miriam didn't seem very caring or understanding, I didn't understand the options and was trying to ask but she just didn't come off very friendly or compassionate. She was fairly rude and the front office staff didn't seem to know what I needed to schedule as she had explained to me. I am not looking forward to ever seeing this provider again.

Because I was being see because of a referral for an ongoing issue I felt that I was given excellent care, especially when the circumstances were somewhat out of the norm. The referrals that she made were excellent and are providing the necessary answers to begin solving the issues!!

I know all my marks are at the top of the scale but so was the care by both Mariam and staff. I visit once a year and travel from Kennewick to do so. I do this because I trust this provider. The provider saved both my father and brother's life by detecting and treating them.

My care provider did very well in answering my questions. But I cannot understand why is so difficult to get a doctor appointment with in a reasonable time with a doctor. It seems that by the time you get an appointment you are either dead or over it

Miriam Jaffe is kind, understanding, & competent. Upon discovery of a possibly serious problem, she immediately arranged referral to a specialist. Follow-up questions were responded to & answered very quickly. I feel very comfortable in her care.

Miriam is very professional and thorough. She asked the tuff questions that need to be ask and is very attentive to my answers. Always the professional. Her staff and office assistants are very professional and always greet me with a smile.

Provider was very good with mom. Offered different options for care that mom would be comfortable and able to do with assistance of me, hee daughter or her caregiver. She is great at what she does! Great bedside manner! Thank you!!
