Mina Sidarous, PT

I am so grateful my surgeon recommended Mina Sidarous for physical therapy following my total knee replacement. When you first see Mina, he asks you a lot of questions and LISTENS carefully to your answers. He then creates a program specifically for you, targeting your issues. Each session he begins by checking in with your pain level and location, and any challenges you might have faced since the last session. The atmosphere is always positive and encouraging. Mina pushes you, but he also is sensitive to your limits and is quick to congratulate you on your successes (even if you fall a bit short!) We tease Mina that he can always find “the spot” during the manual part of the session—boy does he! But it never fails that I walk out of there feeling 100 times better than when I walked in. I credit Mina with the speed of my recovery—it exceeded all expectations. I am having my second knee done soon, so I will be back

I usually don’t write a review. But this one Mina Sidarous is an Excellent physical therapist. He goes out of his way to help you recover faster with minimum pain during and after physical therapy. If you are serious about working for recovery. I strongly recommend this place. 

My physical therapist Mina did an assessment and knew immediately what was wrong. This is my third session and I feel amazing. Great recovery so far. Office staff is also very accommodating and hella friendly. I recommend this PT to all my friends.
