Dr. Michelle Marie Albers, PHD, RD

I saw her with my daughter (patient) on 3 occasions around February-May time frame 2016 . She was utterly useless. She did not remember what she asked my daughter to do from visit to visit. Accountability is very important and there was none. She also didn't give any specific instructions/advice. Was a "eat more vegetables" approach. We had absolutely no progress after 3 appointments so went elsewhere. Additionally, I should add that she gave no indication that she knows anything about eating disorders. Seemed clueless and very focused on eating a balance of foods, etc. Nothing we already didn't know when we walked in. 

Also, the staff that makes appointments is a joke. You have to call the main line... or be transferred to one girl (I've forgotten her name) and she MIGHT call you back after  several days.  I left several messages for her to call me and I never received a call back. I had to call numerous times to even get an appointment.
