Absolutely awful practice, very unprofessional.  I waited a month to to get my new patient appointment and when I showed up the receptionist informed me Peterson had "called in to work".  No courtesy call. So I rescheduled for the following week. When that day came I received a text 15 minutes prior to the appointment that she called into work again and I needed to reschedule. I informed whoever was texting me that I wouldn't be using their office because I need a dentist who can keep appointments. Well whoever was on the other side of the text messages didn't like that and continued texting me for two days about how things come up in life and they can't help if she can make it to work.  I asked for a call, never got one, only text messages.
