Caring staff. Punctual office appointment. Dr. McCarroll spent a good deal of time explaining and exploring options for my condition. She listened to my preferences and my lifestyle when offering options. We decided on surgery given the confidence she instilled. Appreciate the on-site foot X-rays so the condition was easily assessed by both me and the doctor. Responsive and professional followup phone calls. Will update after surgery.

very unprofessional doctor and office manager. doctor slipped with the instrument as she was merely removing a callous, which made me uneasy picturing her with a scalpel performing surgery. office manager was rude and condescending. both lack customer service skills, and no regard for their patients time as they've made me wait hours for form of 10 questions to be filled out, cancelled an office visit and upcoming surgery appointment 1 week prior, which will be an inconvenience to my employer. i would not recommend them .
