Dr. Michelle Anne Hack, D.D.S.

I’ve had a few teeth treated by Dr. Hack at different times, specifically root canals and she has done an amazing job. Even when unexpected things happen she actively sought solutions and her work is impeccable. A while back, I had a tooth fragment develop after a procedure but Dr. Hack was amazing at monitoring and resolving the issue. It was an absolute relief and she worked with me and coordinated with my general dentist throughout the situation. Which I certainly appreciate immensely looking back because she was never dismissive or minimized any issues. It was truly superior care and attention from Dr. Hack.

The front office and billing department are also amazing, very responsive, organized, and great with insurance coordination. Certainly check the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from insurance that relates to each claim submission, since copays with any office are estimated. Even with coordination, it sometimes still takes the claim to be submitted before more accurate payment/coverage is calculated by the specific insurance carrier.

The 3D Cone/CT imaging is approx. $120. However at least in my experience, they are necessary for identifying issues that regular x-rays would miss. It typically gets more precise and conclusive answers to specific dental issues, especially if dental issues are painful and need a quick resolution as most dental emergencies tend to be.
