When I sent a follow-up email to say that her office never returned calls, I received a call from someone named Alex, who said Michele Turley was not taking any more clients. I understand that a practitioner can accept whomever they want, but there are standards that should be followed, such as never tell someone to call, then not return their call, then tell them you are not taking anymore clients.
