Dr. Michele Rene Taylor, D.D.S.

Dr. Taylor and her staff have always provided excellent service. I appreciate that they don't try to upsell you on other products and didn't make me feel bad for neglecting my dental health, prior to my first appointment. 

My only "complaint" is with their insurance billing practices. They collect payment at the time of service, for what was determined to be my out-of-pocket responsibility. 

On 3 separate occasions, I received my insurance EOB, and noticed that I had clearly been overcharged. 

After several months, I still had not been contacted by the office, to advise that I had over-paid. All 3 times, I had to reach out and question the amount that I paid vs. what my insurance EOB was showing. The billing staff acknowledged that I overpaid and I was eventually refunded. 

I don't feel that I should be responsible for tracking and questioning over-payments and wonder if I would have received the refunds had I not called them out?
