I have known Dr. Holland for some time he is involved with client centered therapy with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Dr. Holland has special expertise in treatment of Substance abuse disorders especially alcohol related issues. He is interested in the whole person< Spiriitually,Emotionally and Cognitively. He is very thorough in his evaluation. He is excellent in helping people with depression and is willing to "meet the person where they are at" but is willing to dig deeper when getting to the root of the problem is necessary.
