The staff, which is 1 person in total, very rude. She brought up the Attorney in conversation, saying I could talk to their attorney for additional question, but when I asked for the Attorney number, she never gave it!!! During consultation doctor agreed to do a small surgery for lipoma removal which required 1 cm cut, but after consultation, the next day when I called to make an appointment, the secretary said that it is too much to handle for the doctor to do the small surgery. not sure what changed from doctor's perspective, but I never heard from the doctor. I will have to pay my copayment, which I understand that if you see a doctor, we are responsible for the copayment, but I did call before the appointment to ask if the doctor does this kind of surgery and doctor did agree for the surgery, then if doctor changes his mind, why I would be responsible for the copayment.
