Billing individual does not listen to patient giving information on insurance and insisted on over charging despite multiple follow up with insurance by patient. Was told a refund would be issued "if" patient was correct but the billing individual contacted insurance herself and was told the billing being charged was accurate and patient was "incorrect in what insurance was telling" them. Resulted in an over payment in excess of $250.00. Issues with services that was claimed to be something the patient was doing. Previously would have recommended this office with the exception of the billing issues which have been dealt with before but not the extent with this visit.
