When I made the appointment the receptionist tried several different times that were available with three different providers. I wanted to avoid the Gaulkies due to past experiences. When the receptionist offered Melissa, whom I'd never met, I took the appointment. It was one of the best appointments I've ever had. She was so thorough and professional as well as friendly. After prescribing meds and x-rays she called me Monday morning to see if I was doing better. She prescribed a stronger antibiotic after talking with me. I think she is awesome and would see her again if needed.

I love Dr. C-H. She listens to me and follows my progress. She always gives me a referral if I ask and I especially appreciate her referral to my eye doctor in the same building who happens to specialize in my condition. Dr. C-H respects my thoughts and tries to work with me to find the right prescription for me if I need one. She is thoughtful, kind and punctual in my appointments with her. The staff try to help me making speedy appointments, so I don't have to wait weeks. I like this office.

I needed a follow up appointment from a recent ER visit as I was still not feeling well. I couldn't get in wit my regular physician. They scheduled me with Melissa. I was quite pleased with her . She took the time with me listened to my concerns and was able to figure out what course of treatment I needed. In the future if I am not able to get an appointment with my primary physician I will definitely ask to see Melissa.

I was listened to and taken seriously from beginning to end. It was an efficient appointment where I was diagnosed and got to have my blood drawn within thirty minutes. Was feeling beyond sick and only four days after my appointment I feel so much better. Beyond thankful.
