Melissa Chon

I had a wonderful experience with Nurse Practitioner Melissa. She was truly amazing very hands-on, clear, and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns and communicated exceptionally well, especially with my child, who has special needs. Her approach made both my child and me feel comfortable and supported, going above and beyond. While I feel the nurses could show a bit more care towards the kids, NP Melissa's attentiveness more than made up for it. Highly recommend her.

Melissa Chon is always amazing. She is great with my children and my children actually enjoy coming to visit her for their check ups. My youngest son recently had to go to the emergency room via an ambulance. This was traumatizing for him, so when we had to follow up with Melissa Chon he was scared at first until he realized it was her, and he was actually put at ease. Thank you for all you do to care for our children.

I really was fond of my sons new pediatrician, she was nice and spoke to us with ease. There were a few things that would've made the experience better. My husband and felt rushed through the appointment, and I also mentioned how my son is super picky when it comes to food and her suggestion was leafy greens even though he refuses any vegetables and we had just explained that to her.

Our new NP Melissa was very knowledgeable and nice. However it did seem like she did the checkup really fast instead of taking her time. Also we asked her about some questions about vaccines and it sounded more as a sales pitch than actually giving information about the vaccines or asking what our concerns are or if we had any questions.

The whole office staff is extremely professional and makes visits an easy task. As a mom of 2 teenagers, I speak for them when I say they enjoy their doctor visits. Melissa Chon is so gentle, caring and is amazing explaining the examination as she is performing it. I trust the doctors and staff at Facey with my whole family's health.

My son's pediatrician is the best. Melissa Chon is one of the best providers there. She's always very helpful and caring. She makes sure to answer all of our questions and concerns. The nurse that helped us that day was terrific as well. She was very caring and made my son feel better because he was getting his vaccinations.

Melissa Chon has been my provider for the past 6 years. I feel very comfortable in dicussing all of my medical concerns. Her bedside manner is exceptional. I love her because she listens to my concerns and always gives practical advice.

From the receptionist to the nurse who we saw before the pediatrician, they were very profesional, wonderful and very friendly. The pediatrician herself was also very profesional, and very understanding and patient.

I love facey everyone was great from the receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor. I've been here for a long time since it was in the old building nextdoor. Always good to me.
