Dr. Liu was so lovely. This was my first time seeing her and she was calm and very kind throughout. She even thanked me for the work I do at my own job - she made me tear up in the best way possible. It is so nice to be treated like a person when you go to the doctor. I know doctors are often under really intense pressure to see a lot of people, and Dr. Liu made me feel like I was the most important person that day. Her MA (I'm so sorry, I forgot her name) was also lovely and explained what was happening super well. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and made me feel like I wanted to come back soon. Thank you for such a great experience.

The appointment felt very rushed which gave me little time to process and while I understand that there needs to be a focus point for each appointment I feel like my other issues won't be addressed any time soon given that it is an average of 4 months wait to see this provider and my next visit is a follow up on the same issue. But they were knowledgeable about my main specific issue which was better than a previous experience I had before finding this provider and they seemed kind with the time we had. Overall satisfied with the care, likely won't look for another provider unless a truly terrible experience comes up.

I am very pleased with the care I get from Dr Liu and I hope to be able to continue to keep her as my regular dermatologist for the foreseeable future. She performs very thorough exams and is comfortingly cautious about potentially harmful Irregularities. On several occasions, I had a growth I was concerned about, and she ordered biopsies on both occasions. I was also especially appreciative for her responding to messages with photos when I was out of the country in a remote location and experiencing an alarming rash. Her response was very reassuring at a stressful time.

Dr. Liu is terrific. I have complete confidence in her clinical skills and judgment. She is personable, informal, yet efficient. My primary care internist at PacMed retired, and being unfamiliar with other providers at the Cherry Hill Family Medicine Clinic chose to leave PMC and now go to a UW General Internal Medicine Clinic for primary care and most specialty care. However, because I am so fond of Dr Liu, will remain under her care for regular skin monitoring as I have had a skin cancer in the past.

I've seen many dermatologists over the years and I think Dr. Liu gave the most thorough skin check of any of them. She also presented herself with excellent patient care and professionalism. I know from experience, Derms are usually blocked at 15 minute increments for patient visits which has seemed to create an atmosphere of being rushed and seeing the Derm looking somewhat disshoveled. This wasn't the case with my visit with Dr. Liu.

Dr Liu was very thorough in her examination and asked clear questions to gain an understanding of the issue I was having. Her diagnosis was easy to understand and the steps she prescribed were easy to follow. The medication she prescribed provided immediate relief. She demonstrated she cared about my outcome by letting me know how to follow-up and that she would work me into her schedule to take a biopsy as soon as possible.

Dr Liu is awesome and I am very glad to have her as my skin-care doctor. She is very thorough in her examinations and takes her time to explain things. She remembers who I am and where we are at in skin treatment from visit to visit, even though those visits are six months to a year apart. She has prescribed medications for several conditions that resulted in dramatic improvements and I am very grateful for that.

Dr. Liu was extremely helpful and was able to arrive at a diagnosis very quickly, a relief after inaccurate diagnoses from previous physicians. She was very polite and professional, and explained things in easy to understand terms. I cannot stress enough how much of a relief it was to have the capable and respectful appointment with Dr. Liu, thank you so much to her and all the staff at Pacific Medical Centers!

I have been to multiple dermatologists in Seattle over the past few years. Dr Liu is by far the best. She is incredibly kind and thorough, listens to her patients, and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I also never feel rushed, which is rare these days. Her MA was really nice and easy to talk to as well. I have recommended Dr Liu to friends and plan to continue seeing her as my Dermatologist!

Dr Lui is a huge asset to the PacMed staff. She and her staff definitely went above and beyond getting me in to see her in a timely manner, and providing the highest level of care during my appointment with her, e.g. She did a full body exam even tho I was only scheduled for an exam of two specific areas of concern. Her attitude and general approach were positive, informative, respectful and caring.
