At this point, I don’t know if she really has ignored my emails or if she just has badly organized communication systems.

You cannot make appointments online. You reach out online or by making a call and hope that she decides to respond. Initially, she responded to my first inquiry after about a week. I responded to her email immediately. 

I then emailed her again a week later and she said she’d completely missed my email. I then responded asking if she could ask my questions stated in the initial email. It’s been another four days with no response.

With having so few midwives in our area, and her being so close, I really wanted to give it my best shot to reach out to Melanie and gave her the benefit of the doubt.

However, at this point I’m sadly disappointed. I had a friend who really liked her and am now wondering how they even got an appointment with her.
