If i can give this location staff a zero star i would do, I was trying to get an appointment with doctor pagette as a new patient and i was far in my pregnancy they told me that i need to wait till the doctor decide to take me or not, i waited then they called me back and told me that the doctor accepted me, so they take my information as well as my insurance information and they scheduled me for an appointment and at that day i surprised at the clinic that they not take my insurance!!!! How is that and why you didn’t tell me that before they told me I don’t know that we don’t take you insurance plan, this is ridiculous because you could asked about that when you took the information of it, they was very rude and don’t care how a pregnant woman could feel when she get treated like this, i was very excited to see the doctor finally and know whether my baby is a boy or a girl and the ruined everything, when i called my insurance to make sure that the doctor is in network they confirmed that and we tried to reach the doctor office to see why they said they don’t take it she said that the doctor need it this way since she can decide if she can accept me since i went far in my pregnancy or not okkkkk why you didn’t say that when i called at first to schedule the appointment, she talked to us in a very rude tone and said that i will not waste the time urging with you here and then she hanged up. The worst staff ever and they don’t know how to treat or talk to a patient!!
