I made an appointment and didn't show up.  It was completely on accident, and now over a year later I'm trying to schedule another appointment.  They completely banned me from this practice for one accidental no show.  I offered to pay a no-show fee, and tried to resolve the issue but the office assistant insisted that I was banned.  I was extremely apologetic during the call because that was during a time I was dealing with grief and mental health issues which prompted me to schedule the doctor visit.  Regardless with explaining all of this to the office assistant they still permanently banned me from their practice.  It seems like they value their time and money greater than the health of their clients to ban a client over a trivial matter.
