She was trying to be helpful. Either I annoyed her when trying to understand my care plan or our personalities clashed. I was trying to state back to her what I thought I heard and her response was I am trying to tell you'. I think I must have made her feel that I was interrupting and feel really bad that I frustrated her. I don't think we are a match. One of my issues right now is anxiety and I went away feeling very anxious and misunderstood. I may need to switch providers to avoid conflict for her, as I am very sure she is an excellent provider for most. I am not sure how to adjust though and find someone who can be less annoyed by me.

This provider, as with all the Providence providers, medical assistants, etc; ask questions, listen to my concerns, and make me feel respected and cared for.This provider went several steps above. She directed (gently & professionally) my focus to exactly what she needed to know about my "episode" while reassuring me.[Please note: this questionnaire would change my responses as I scrolled down. I had to go back to make sure all marks were high for very satisfied. What if others haven't noticed their answers changing?]

Dr. Stenersen actually remembered treating me several years ago - before she found that appointment record back in my medical history. She remembered because I'd mentioned a side issue that concerned her (but was not the reason I'd come to the office at that time.) She asked and learned that issue is still unresolved, so she followed and referred me to a specialist who might help. I found this wholistic approach remarkable and a sign of an extremely fine physician.

I was so impressed with Dr. Stenenson. I came in for a rather embarrassing medical condition/illness. She put me completely at ease. She listened very carefully, explained everything she was going to do in the exam and why. She followed up on the test results and provided further information on treatments at that point and listened to my views on the treatment options. Although she is not my regular doctor, I look forward to seeing her again.

Dr Stenersen is very professional, compassionate, and listens carefully and makes sure I understand what she is saying. Her staff from checking in, directing where to wait for doctor and what to expect were very helpful. If there ever was a delay they were very apologetic and explained.

Dr Stenersen always goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met and that I am as healthy as possible. She knows me and my medical situation well, never rushes our appointments and is genuinely lovely to spend time with. I am grateful to have her as a provider!

My doctor is watching my blood pressure and so I will have a return visit in six months, with the option of contacting her sooner is my daily readings indicate there is a problem. We're coordinating blood tests to occur annually. All is well and I am satisfied.

Dr is efficient but I always feel rushed. She engages much more with the computer than with me. She will start a sentence while typing into the computer and then gets distracted and forgets what she started to say. She is good about making referrals.

I really appreciated that Dr. Stenersen listened to all of my concerns and made sure I got to ask all the questions I came in with. She was willing to run a few of the tests that I requested and I felt my concerns were heard.

Dr. Stenersen is amazing. I feel that she is very involved in my health and care. She also is my same age and we can relate on so many female issues. I truly think she is one of the best doctors I have ever seen.
