I went to her after waiting 4 months to get an appointment.  She sat across the room and asked questions. I told her I came with a list since it took so long to get an appointment. She discussed my questions with me often answering "in my world".
What she doesn't understand is that as patients, we are not in her world, she needs to understand our world. After 30 minutes she said, "I can't keep answering your questions, I have another appt.  She explained that a medicare physical only covers certain items. I responded that it would have been helpful to know that at the beginning. Long story short...she said she would be back and never came back and she charged medicare for my annual physical even though she never examined me.  I had a similar experience with her in January. I won't go back. In complaining to the office manager, Cheryl, she actually yelled at me and told me it was my responsibility to take charge and was even more rude until she finally discovered that I had never even had a bit of an exam.  But she too felt it was ok to bill medicare. Stay away.
