I went to see Dr. Wilson but he was booked up and my appointment was not for another week.  It was urgent that I see someone and Dr. Filkins was available.  She explained everything she was doing, asked a lot of appropriate questions and answered all of my questions.  I would see her again and have recommended my mother to schedule an appointment with her.  Hopefully, she will provide the same excellent care I received to my mother.  Each time I have been into the office, staff has always been very professional and pleasant to talk with.  First impressions are important in my opinion.
