Dr.Megan Chen is my PCP since I got my MHI from other HI. I didn't know I could have her even I changed HI. When I found out right away I requested for her, but when I called her office I was considered a new patient and they accepted new patient. That when my search for new PCP became nightmare! Especially I found an MD on the same building as her thinking this will be good. This office kept on changing my appt. The day before my appt. Twice! I got an appt on MyChart I didn't know I went to that. I was lucky I got a good doctor she's substituting for my assigned PCP which didn't got to meet. But I was very satisfied with the temporary. Then someone skewered up my test lab on this office I am referring to the staff not the MD because I knew she's very thorough on her exam. The only I got the right results when my labwork was sent out that clinic. That when I decided to pursue again to get Dr Megan Chen. First sent my UCard wrong provider. Then I finally I got Dr. Megan Chen corrected and immediately I was able to get an appointment. She was very thorough as always, patience and attentive. She a doctor that anyone needs because you can be open and honest about what's you going through and she give me good suggestion and advice of any medical needs. I am really happy to have her again and her entire team! My experience with this clinic I got nothing to say bad. From front office, nurses assistant and lab technician and especially Dr Megan Chen they make you feel you are family because they care!

I always have the best experience visiting Dr. Chen for my wellness exams and to discuss any health issues I might be having at the moment. I would highly recommend her to anyone as a care provider. The only note I have is scheduling difficulty - I had to cancel my initial wellness exam appointment as I was ill. I tried calling the office to reschedule and had a difficult time getting through to the front desk. The website experience isn't the easiest to use and wasn't showing any available appointments for months. I called a few days later and was able to get through to the front desk but learned the next available appointment was 3 months later. Luckily Dr Chen has a sudden opening 2 weeks from when I called. I'm glad I was able to see her!

Dr. Chen is the best medical professional I've worked with in my entire lifetime. I've never had a more pleasant positive professional experience and I'm glad that she is my PCP. I always have a very efficient time with the staff, making my appointments, getting my prescriptions, and communicating with the office or directly with Dr Chen. I can't really say anything but amazing superlatives and exemplary quality. Really glad to have found her and this practice. I'm getting excellent medical care and achieving fantastic results very much in large part because of it. Medicine that makes results happen along with following instructions and directions by the patient is the best possible outcome we are all seeking. Couldn't do it without Dr Chen.

I switched doctors to "try" Dr. Chen. Best decision I've made for my health. She is so present in conversation. Listens to my complaints/fears about my health. It's like having a great, competent friend for a doctor. The receptionist went above and beyond in my case by finding an appointment sooner than was thought feasible. Grace, who took my blood, is very kind and was great in conversation. I'm very happy to have Dr. Chen as my physician. She Is also kind and calms you by her demeanor. All I wanted in a doctor was someone who would listen to me and give me confidence that they would do the best in caring for me. I found that doctor. Simple as that.

Dr Chen is awesome. I feel lucky to have her as my PCP. She is thorough and kind and I feel seen and heard. Most importantly, I feel confident they my health is in good hands and trust her. I really appreciate the time she takes to go over my medical history and to make an action plan for future preventive care and early screenings for cancer due to my family history. I would highly recommend Dr Chen and the entire practice. I've seen a few other doctors in the practice at urgent care or when Dr Chen wasn't available and they have all been great. I know how much is asked of doctors today and I am so appreciative of their care and time. Thank you!!

Dr. Megan is an exceptional doctor. She is amazing. I would recommend her always. Unfortunately, it's impossible to get an appointment with her took me almost 6 months to obtain this appointment. My next one is in three months because she does not have a space.Doctors are amazing, front desk are not welcoming never smile, say hello they are always in a bad mood. You are afraid to ask them anything.The medical assistant people are amazing. The only thing I don't like is the front desk very rude. I put up with them just because of the doctors are amazing.

Dr Chen is organized, articulate, GREAT listener---really gets what I am saying to her, responds appropriate to what is related about my health with the exactly indicated next step. I feel her support and commitment to my health and well being every time I am in her presence. This is mirrored by her staff. I come away from the office with a plan and priorities for the year ahead. I am leading life as the healthy, vigorous, active senior I envisioned as a younger person. SO grateful for Dr Chen who is key to my dreams being realized. Best Doc Ever!

My PCP Dr. Megan Chen she's the most efficient and thorough about any health concern of mine. She referred me to Specialists if really necessary, but one particular Specialist she recommended I am not kin of. I rather see her and do the exam, but it's necessary to see other specialists with her recommendation. I am very comfortable seeing her and talk anything to her about my health wellbeing and I am always feeling positive of her responses. I am very pleased with her and her entire staff including the warm welcome of the front desk staff!

Megan Cheng is amazing, she is friendly and makes you feel very secure. I have moved to South Redondo and know I need to move my doctor. But I dont want to because Megan knows my history automatically and genuinely cares about people and her job. She always asks about my little boy and as a mother you just know that she is professional. But cares I would always trust my health in her hands. To finish off with she is amazing at assessing and recently caught a bacterial infection for a conversation on the phone. I can recommend her enough.

Dr. Chen is wonderful and thoughtful and down to earth. She took her time with me to listen and provide care and guidance as well as follow up. The other staff in the office was personable and helpful beyond measures (even adding change to my meter when the appt ran over time). Great practice. My only concern, which may not be practice related, was that my medical records were incomplete; there was nothing in the system since 2010. I am fairly new to the practice (and CA) but I was almost sure I sent everything over.
