Dr. May Tsui, MD

Dr. Tsui is above and beyond a consummate professional.  It is rare to find a physician that is willing to dig deep, go the extra mile, and reserve making determinations until after thorough and comprehensive analysis.  Dr. Tsui made sure to investigate my health and history from every possible angle before coming to any conclusions in course of action.  Her bedside manner is professional, yet kind and considerate.  Her explanations of sophisticated courses of action and medical treatment are paced and understandable.  It is her goal to make sure there is total alignment between the treatments she recommends and the patient's understanding of the reasoning and impacts of those treatments.  

My wife left two messages which were not followed up on for a full week. She was then told by the doctor that she didn't take AETNA insurance.We got her details from the AETNA website. Seemed eager to dismiss.
