Every time I receive service from this provider, they send me a bill for an additional fee several months later, with some story about how they couldn't agree with Aetna on what insurance would cover. This has happened for my last four visits, IIRC. I expect any service provider I do business with to present me with an accurate cost of providing the service before I receive the service. Surprise billing months after the service was provided is not acceptable. And I am extremely unimpressed with the story about how they have a dispute with Aetna about what's covered. It is their responsibility to understand that before providing the service, and if they have not done so it does not become my problem.

Apart from their scammy billing practices, the service provided was good, and the dentists and staff are friendly and efficient.
